Unique Features :

The plant is designed to be operated by one operator and one helper, saving on precious man-power costs. Sugar syrup and manufacturing vessels are provided with limpet coils for heating and cooling designed for internal vacuum to facilitate transfer of sugar directly from stores sugar syrup vessel. Sugar syrup is transferred to manufacturing vessel through online sugar syrup prefilter by vacuum Pipes, pipe fittings and valves are of SS 304, SS 316, seamless, internally electro-polished with DIN standard unions and silicon Gaskets.

Horizontal Plate Type Filter  Press

Operation :

The unfiltered liquid is fed into the filter under positive pressure, where liquid travels in downwards direction and finds its way through opening on sides of the Filter Plates.

As the liquid pressure increases, the Filter media holds the foreign particles and allows only clear filtrate to pass through the central channel formed by interlocking pressure cups to the outlet. Filtration is continued until the cake holding capacity of the unit is reached or until the filtrate rate becomes too slow owing to cake resistance.

Features :

• Horizontal Plate Filter Press is enclosed construction, preventing evaporation, oxidation, leakage and fumes escaping from product. 
• Filter plates are available in two sizes. Deep plate for large percentage of cake holding capacity and Shallow plate for small percentage of cake holding capacity. 
• The horizontal filter plate and even thickness of cake, prevents the cake dropping as well as cracking, thus assuring better filtrate quality. 
• The Filtration area and cake holding capacity can be increased or decreased according to requirement.

Automatic Rotary Piston Filling Cum Sealing Machine is versatile, self-supported on stainless steel leg with height adjustable adjustment system. The piston filling machine is precision built on study welded steel frame completely enclose in stainless steel sheet and doors are provided to facilitate the servicing of machine, work on volumetric principle with rotary motion.

This unit is made compact, versatile and enclosed in stainless steel elegantly malt finish body. No container No filling & No Sealing system arrangement is standard features of the machine. The main drive of the machine, conveyor drive & cap-feeding bowl consist of A/c Motor with synchronized variable A/c Frequency Drive. Operation : Containers moving on SS Slat conveyor, feed below the filling nozzles through feed worm & in-let star wheel. Filling station consist of volumetric filling head and a central rotating liquid reservoir tank.

This reservoir tank fed continuously with the liquid by external source. In-feed liquid controlled automatically by sensing the liquid level in the reservoir tank with the help of floating level switch to actuate pneumatically operated solenoid valve. Fill volume adjustment can be done by a screw, which changes the volume of all the syringes simultaneously. Fine adjustment of individual syringe is possible with the help of mechanism provided on top of the individual syringe. After filling star wheel bringing the container below the sealing head in the subsequent indexing part, mean while the bottle pickup a cap from the delivery chute of cap feeding bowl, where the body and the neck of the container are positioned below the rotating head, where the sealing head is performing perfect operation of threading & sealing.

OPERATION OF THE MACHINE:

 

Machine is having its own pumping system to connect the machine with the main / buffer tank of the product. The volume to be filling is measured by the measuring devices, which consist of multi piston positive displacement volumetric device. The flow of liquid is to be measured and converted in to electronic pulses by encoders and controlled by PLC (Programmable Logic Controller). All settings to be done on the MMI (man machine interface) keypad which is provided on the control panel.

 

The machine is totally flexible, universal and “filler friendly”.
